New programs?

I’ve been finished with the diamond power program in rtts for a while. I keep accruing program stars and can’t do anything with them.
Is there a way to unlock more programs for rtts? I feel like I’m in a rut when I can’t earn new packs to better my player.

I feel the same. There's no incentive to play a RTTS player for his whole career when he only gets a handful of perks etc.
To complete the perk collections right now, one must either roll up multiple players or buy them all off the market.
I wouldn't mind seeing a "post-diamond repeatable program" that advances at the gold program rates so that the perks / equipment / packs / XP for main program can keep rolling in at a pace slightly slower than rolling up 18 characters and playing them through enough of the minor leagues to complete their diamond program then discarding the player. I'm thinking a 20-ish level program that hands out a perk / equipment / etc. of each level per completion.

You'll get 6 more diamond-level perks and a pair of diamond-level unlockables if you take the diamond program to the full 200.
Those are worth playing out the whole program.
