XP spins broken?

I know people have been saying the spins are predetermined, which I believe as well… but are they glitched?

I’ve hit the threshold twice now, and neither time have I noticed anything. Maybe the first time was stubs, who knows. When I logged in just now, it did the actual spin for the first time, and landed on a “boss pack”. But I never received a boss pack… I even double checked and I only have 3 out of the 5 bosses in my inventory
