Josh Donaldson “the ultimate showman” moment

I have literally tried this one 40 times with no success. After about 30 attempts in a row, it is now my “first thing I do when I log in” moment. Still can’t get it.

Any hints or tips? How did you do it?

What is weird is that it has a check mark next to it (like I completed it) and it gave me the rewards, but the Sanford Greene captain isn’t unlocked and it says I still have a storyline to complete.
