League Blocked For Some Users

I’m running a league that includes players from PSN/Xbox but for some reason it’s saying certain users are blocked from joining. I’ve been told that it’s not because of cross platform, (it’s enabled). And I’m at my wits end with this lol. If anyone can share a helpful tip I’d be more than grateful! note the issue seems to be with players from Xbox I’m on PS5 so I’m unfamiliar with their built in settings.
