Can someone tell me how to restart the mini seasons I can’t find it anywhere I have no option to restart

I had that happen so I had to restart my season yesterday, and now today, it happened again. So it is not fixed for new seasons. Darn DX

You can restart from the menu where you select which mini-season to play, but I wouldn't until they actually fix it, because the chances are high you'll just get the same error again.

Started a new season last night and still got the error invalid roster message when I got to the Lords on game 22. Be sure to restart the season even if you haven’t played a game or disappointment will be your reward like it is for me this morning. Likely has to do with someone not double checking what they did with Lords roster and that being the egg. SDS really could have done this whole egg thing better.

The worst part about this was not only did it force a LOT of players to reset, but we were told a reset would fix and it didn't fix it at all. I have lost like 12 hours of gameplay progress now because of it. Sadly, Mini Seasons is by far my favorite mode to play, and now I can't even play it because it will just be wasted time again. Your community needs your help to not only get this fixed, but to recognize that the time we spend playing your game does have value, and a simple "we understand your frustration" just isn't enough here. It literally costs you nothing to put a pack in the pack store with 10 vouchers and say "We really messed up here guys, and not only have we fixed it, but here are the 10 or so TA vouchers most of you lost." It's a simple solution that at least will make it up to your community.

Do we know if this is happening to everyone or are some people able to play the Lords with no issues? I just checked my mini seasons schedule and I don't play the Lords any more in this season, but am worried if I run in to them in the playoffs. Maybe I'll just play as long as I can and then wait if I match up with them.

Don't restart, it does nothing, the issue stills happens. It is a blatant lie and instead of owning up to it and telling people it doesnt work they are just remaining silent

Don’t know if it’s the Lords or just that last team you face to get the egg. Likely the latter. I was on game 23 but was facing the Lords at home so not sure. About to hard restart and grind again. Frustrating for sure and classic case of trying new things just to be new.

This is really bad... Mini seasons was around last year and you didn't think to implement a fix for this? Or did you not test your update before implementing? This feels like cutting corners on SDS's side.

My week on MLB the show. Banned on Monday for 2 years for “battle royale and win sharing” told it wouldn’t be reversed. I don’t have PS plus or even play online, had all the proof that they were dead wrong. Told on Wednesday that my account was being unbanned and it was a hiccup on their end and that I haven’t done anything wrong. Exact words were to me “don’t worry about it” . So I shouldn’t be worrying about being falsely banned on the only game I play? Now mini seasons (one of the best things for offline grinders) dosent work correctly for ANY of the mini seasons, I already finished TA so voucher make rights do nothing for me. I tried to reach out to C brev and Ashley on Twitter and YouTube but of course no response. The show is a really fun game, but I’m on my 3rd year of playing DD and it’s really disappointing that our time put into their game means absolutely nothing to them. ZERO. I have about 1.5 million XP for season one (disability from work) and really love grinding this game, I hope more awareness and accountability are shown from the community managers and dev team moving forward.

I started a new season midday yesterday, got the error like game 15 vs singers. Restarted until I got lords and singers into first 6 games played, no issues with them, was able to finish the entire season and playoff run fine. It’s defiantly just hit or miss.

Just ran into the bug on game 26 with the lord on the Lefty Loosey event.
It is kind of annoying to have to restart that event, but I do hope it gets fixed soon.

I don't disagree KingJon. If you have already finished TA your right. The handling of this situation has been abysmal. I get that its Easter weekend, and that makes it tough, but as someone who is in the software business, I learned VERY early on "Never make make updates on Friday's and especially Friday's on Holiday weekend's, as there is no easy recovery possible. Also, make sure you QA major changes or additions. Lastly, don't just tell your customers "Sorry, just reset after hours up hours worth of effort, without taking the time to at least attempt to fix it correctly, and then throwing your brand new community manager under the bus by giving him information to communicate that clearly wasn't correct yet. I feel for Brev here, and I hope that he can help to fix this and make it right for all of us. This is my favorite mode and like you, I mostly play offline and love the game.

I was also banned this week for inaccurate reasons, got it reversed and told “not to worry about it”. It’s not C brev’s fault he’s just a mouthpiece, like Ronnie 2k etc. I appreciate his effort and time to the game. From someone that is able to put a lot of time into this game currently (by choice and also not by choice lol) I would just like to see better communication than “not to worry” or restart your progress because we messed up stuff. Respectfully because I know it’s Easter weekend, it’s someone’s job to make sure the game is functioning correctly, I’m sure it’s a tough job, but considering the cycle or life of the game, you have to put probably even more time into ensuring holidays during the higher points of the cycle are not a bad time for the consumer. We all want the same thing, for the game to be great!

The only thing that bugs me about this is, I already had a TA season going and played like 6-7 more games before getting the error message. Haha, guess I should have just restarted the season.
