After today’s update, we’ve seen reports of an error message stating “Your Opponent Has An Invalid Roster” when trying to play a game in Mini-Seasons.
While we were able to correct this error for new seasons, we were unable to do so for seasons that were already in progress.
This means that if you started a season before today’s update, and are receiving this error message when trying to play, you will need to restart your season.
We understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience.
I honestly can’t even believe an actual companies response to this is your SOL. Like that’s terrible.

Give 15 vouchers for compensation. 10 for the time in the wasted mini season and 5 more for the inconvenience of losing a whole day to play mini seasons.

You say to reset our mini seasons but on xbox it is not currently possible. I have to hold the a button to reset the Season but that is the same button to enter the mini season. Every time I try to reset I can't. Mini seasons is now completely unplayable for me.

Now can you give each of us 10 mini seasons vouchers for forcing us to quit our mini season we were all going to win anyways? You should put a free pack in the store with 10 vouchers in it. I'd be happy with that.

You desperately need to ffigure out a make-right for affected players; I had three hours invested trying to get TA vouchers that were wasted.

I love this game overall. Fantastic content. As a software engineer myself, I am however disappointed that the team would give up on making a solution within what it seems like a very short amount of time. The amount of lost time for users is a tough one to swallow. I just unlocked 99 Lindor and thought I lost him. The only way I can put him on my team is choosing to have the computer make the best team he pops up. Thank goodness. But what about for the future with better players coming out? I request this bug to be looked into please. I know plenty others who lost all progress so I can’t complain at all. I feel a lot for those souls. For the sake of the keeping current users for the future, I suggest not giving up sensitive problems so quickly. There is almost always a solution that can be implemented. I took the L on this bug (18-0 and 6 hours) and restarted. I hope this message gets passed to your programmers. I believe users would have much more sympathy over a major bug issue if they knew you were trying to fix it. I request a query to be executed to find those who restarted after x amount of time and for those users to be compensated accordingly. That would fix the heartache for most. On the main screen where you choose mini-season type you hold A to restart season

Wow, this is hot garbage. Been working on the TA miniseasons for the last week. Just finally got to 14 wins and I get this error. Now you are saying I have to start all over again? That is just crazy. You should be giving all the people that were in a miniseason that are getting this error, the 10 vouchers.

Still can’t play. Lost my last TA mini-season at 15 wins

15 games into a season this morning at 11:00am central, it got the error so I started a new season and 5 minutes ago on the Lords I got invalid roster so it is not fixed. 36 games down the drain. You owe us vouchers.

I started it a few hours ago and on the 3rd game it’s saying it.

My 1st win today at the new mini season was at 16:32:39, play 14 games and when I face the Lords it says has a invalid roster,

You guys have to do something to make up for this or this will be the last time I ever purchase any version of this game. This is the second time in two days that I had a mini season crash on me right before the playoffs. Also, I won a pack yesterday for getting 25 extra xp and it is not appearing in my inventory. The least you can do is give everyone the vouchers they would get for winning the mini season world series.

Wow - this is absolutely brutal. You’re telling me that SDS can break an in-progress season with a faulty update, but then they can’t fix an in-progress season? That smells of not wanting to put in the effort.
I ran into this invalid roster issue around the 20th game of my mini-season, so that’s several hours down the drain like others that have posted here.
As a casual player who can only play a handful of hours per week, this is an incredibly dissatisfying update. I hate to be dramatic but it makes me question whether I want to return to Diamond Dynasty this year if my time is going to get wasted like this. And if I’m not playing Diamond Dynasty, I probably won’t be playing The Show 23 much longer considering how shallow the adjacent content is.

Are y’all seriously going to do nothing about completely wasting our time? Hours of grind just to end in restart for you error? You’re joking right?! No way you care that little about your players. Still getting paid I guess so why do what’s right to your consumer. Our time is worth nothing to you? Pathetic.
