Stick Jitter

I know lots of people have posted about similar issues, but my only DS4 2.0 controller is the one with the most noticeable amount of jitter on both sticks. Has anyone found a working solution to this?

This was happening to me for a long time last year before I realized the issue was with my controller, and that wasn't how it's supposed to work. When I got a new controller last year the issue completely went away. This year it's back for me although not as bad as it was last year so I don't know if my controller went bad again or if it's the game if others are experiencing it too

What’s jittering? I just know if I try to hold high inside sometimes my pci moves a little but thats probably my thumb slightly moving.

That's exactly what I experienced and I can tell you for sure I've tested it and the stick was completely still. It's not just up and in, it's really any corner of the zone (pitching or hitting). What really convinced me last year that my controller was at fault was that I noticed similar weird stick behavior in other games and I finally put 2 and 2 together and changed controllers, fixing the issue. Now I haven't noticed jittering in other games yet with my current controller so it's not impossible that it's the game, but the jitter I see is not as bad as what I was seeing before I switched controllers last year so I think my controller jitter just isn't severe enough to be affecting other games yet, and if I had to guess, the jitter that OP and I are seeing this year is probably a controller issue rather than a game issue.

I have a controller that does that. The pci will start to shake. I’ll move it around and sometimes it’ll jump around when I try and locate for pitches. I can reset it and fix it sometimes but it’s short lived. I just don’t use it.

My PCI jumps when I press L2. It doesn’t affect me. It’s just odd.

I thought I was going crazy, out of all my controllers the one I use for the show is the best one. Until 3 days ago my pci goes wild on the top of the strike zone, on the low part it stays completely still. And no my controller is not busted because I would notice this on the other games I play.

My controller did this the minute I got it out the box. I know many people tried to fix it by buying another controller but had no luck.

Happens to me all of the time. I leave it completely still or try my best to hold it in place and it stills aggressively jotters left to right. I tried holding the pci all the way down and thats where the jitter is at its worst as if theres a magnet at the bottom of the strike zone that is trying its best to skyrocket the pci away from the bottom line of the strike zone. Im not buying a new controller so im suck.
