Battle Royale Wins Not Count

What do I do if my wins for BR aren’t counting. I’ve played 2 games and won both but it doesn’t say I have 2 wins. It shows the games I played in the game log, and I also got the points in the BR program for winning the BR games.

They're probably showing up on other people's accounts.
