Still cannot see card fronts

I still cannot see card art on the fronts. Very frustrating when swapping players out. I placed a support ticket and they are looking into it. Using a X Box series X.

Only thing I could suggest is clearing the xbox cache by holding the power button. Sometimes it fixes stuff; sometimes it doesn't, but it doesn't hurt to try.
