TA Mini Season Bug?

So I won the first 15 games of the mini season, and proceeded to quit out of the next 13 games so I could quickly advance to the playoffs.
I made sure that with my record I would make the playoffs, however, when I quit out of the 28th game, my season reset and I didn’t advance to the playoffs…huge kicks in the nads
I have no idea why that happened but I’m really hoping it doesn’t happen again, feels like such a time waste

I would bet that is because the CPU teams had only played 26 games or something when you finished your 28th and their last two games knocked you out. Make sure you pay close attention to their games played, it doesn't always keep pace with yours
