Best way to start TA program?

It seems so overwhelming. Should I do all the moments for each of the divisions? Then what? or is that not the right approach?

Do all the moments and use the players you unlock to build a team, knock out all the conquests adding new henchmen/captains along the way, then do the US conquest, mini seasons etc.
Its all stuff you're more than likely gonna do eventually so its not as overwhelming as it looks.

Showdowns, moments, unlock a bunch of cards and do the conquest map, keep the mission cards in your lineup surrounded by same team cards. And of course TA mini seasons.

Its all stuff you're more than likely gonna do eventually so its not as overwhelming as it looks.
All this! Get your moments done first so that you can double up on conquest progress and PXP accumulation. And then the rest will come naturally as you accomplish missions and add those players to your team.
Don't forget that you can use your Starting Pitchers as relievers in-game; there are lots of SP henchmen and captains so using them in relief helps rack up PXP if you don't have relievers to grind out.
And also, try to keep your choices of henchmen/captains balanced (if you just selected a catcher for a henchmen, wait until you've finished that before you grab another catcher).

ok i did all the moments and got 4 players from each divison.
now when I do West Affinity conquest - should I only play guys from the AL/NL West? I don't think I have enough guys to fill the entire roster. I can use guys from Live series or WBC. Is that recommended? Or should I use the other divisions TA cards I got from moments even though they're not AL/NL West players?

Use the henchmen cards that you just unlocked so you can progress those as you're doing the conquest. Hitters require 200 pxp and pitchers are 600 pxp so use those cards exclusively until you finish them and unlock more.

Absolutely use guys from the WBC - double your efficiency and do the WBC program with whatever empty lineup spots you have. Knock out a number of moments in the WBC program as well so that you have a nice start of cards from there to use

Start with the division showdown and moments for both AL and NL before going to the conquest map. You'll unlock a captain, a gold and a diamond player for each league to start the grind in the conquest map. I went with 2 starting pitchers, 1 reliever, and 3 position players from the choice packs. You should be able to finish each during the conquest map - alternating the starters game by game for 2 innings and using the reliever for one inning every game should be enough for the 600 xp for each.

Moments suck. I say skip them, do the showdowns, then play conquest with the guys you unlock.
This TA program is meant to be a huge, long grind. Not something that you finish in a few days. That's an essential thing to remember.
