How do I manage my Squad in Mini-Seasons?

I can highlight the menu option to do it, but when I press A (on Xbox) nothing happens. I was able to accidentally go into managing my squad on my Switch the other day, but I don't remember how I did it.

Never mind. I hit A twice, and it went into the menu option, and now I hit it once, and it goes in.
