Deluxe/Pre-order items disappeared

I downloaded the game an hour ago loaded it up saw all the stuff in my inbox went to DD went through the tutorial and now all my stubs, packs etc. from digital deluxe/pre-order is completely missing. I tried restarting the game, restarting the playstation etc.

If you are still missing these than you should report it. Sometimes it takes time if there are a lot of tickets. I hope you do get everything back.
