Forever Program not gaining experience

I am playing MLB the Show 22 on XBox 1S and the forever program isnt levelling up. Is there a setting or something that I need to toggle to make it update?

My account, I am up to level 120, but my daughters isnt improving past level 11. She has played a few dozen games and still level 11.

There may be an issue. I have only been playing 2 years now, but it seems every time a new season starts this happens to a bunch of people. Don't know if they will work on it since it's launch time for 23, but it's your best option.
