The control attribute is an accumulation of the control attribute per pitch type

Isn’t it supposed to be to 99 or does it stop at 98? I was just wondering if I was supposed to be like that or some kind of bug.

No, you don't understand what I'm saying. The control attribute on the player card is not the 1:1 attribute like let's say hitting attributes or H/9 and K/9. Each pitcher has a unique control attribute per pitch in his repertoire and the "control" attribute on the player card is just a number based on those individual control attributes per pitch. That's why you should never look at the general control attribute of a player card, but look at the control per specific pitch. They do actually get a +1 bump for each parallel level gained, the overall control number on the player card just isn't accurate.

So let's say a pitcher has 3 pitches, a 4seamer, a slider and a curveball. The control shown on the player card is "75". But the individual pitches are:
    4seam: 78
    Slider: 76
    Curveball: 70

If you parallel this pitcher once, the control per individual pitch get bumped to 79, 77, and 71 respectively. But the overall control attribute on the player card might still be 75. It's the same how some cards jump in OVR rating after getting +1 from a parallel level, and other don't.

Ok I always thought each of the three main attributes control, velocity and break went up 1 point per parallel. I was thinking hey shouldn’t this be 99 in control by now. I’m sure this has happened before but I didn’t notice. Thanks again
