Calendar Practice

When in the calendar during the season on any given day if you hit X, one of the options is practice. You can switch modes to fielding, base stealing, hitting, discipline etc. While doing the session you reach bronze silver or gold. So those point get added to your attributes or do they do nothing? If nothing why reach gold or silver status’?

Yes. They add each time to hitting/fielding/base running. It's just gradual. My player is in his 3rd year and now a 83 gold after a MVP season. Your power/speed/fielding etc will level uo until your rating for each is 99 or your player starts to regress.
