    Couple ideas:

1 - Some, actually a lot, of players played on multiple teams during their career. Give us the opportunity to change the players team on the card to any one of the teams he played on in his career.

2 - Chemistry: Give stat boosts to players who are part of the same team. This ties into idea 1.

Now, this is already implemented in MUT and it’s a lot of fun to build lineups....in fact it’s so fun that it’s actually a popular thing in that game.

Some of y’all are going to say “this ain’t MUT” but honestly, if you’ve never experienced the potential these ideas have...well, you don’t have much to say. It’s fun and I’m sure there’s players like me who would love to build a lineup of current and past stars of their favorite team and have it mean something.

Yeah I'd be into the chem thing.

Like Cardinals cards from the mid 2000' s could have boosts to their clutch rating. Rockies and my Rangers from the 90' s could have small power boosts or something.

Would be cool to see them do that.

I do build my DD team from players from my favorite team. I use any card they have in game from that player. I don’t care if it says they are from that team. Why does it matter?

Ever played a game that gave you the opportunity to do it?

I already explained why it would matter.

    For chemistry reasons only?

The difference between MUT and DD is at the end of MUT you basically have a bunch of Pepe Alazars at every position. I’d rather not face cards with even more artificial ratings than there already is.

Maybe we can have synergies like in hockey ultimate team? For example, maybe a boost to middle infielders for turning double plays. Maybe even a boost for outfielders to track fly balls. I don’t know how the community would react to this though

Sooo, you don’t like facing cards better than yours? Kinda the wrong mentality if your playing an Ultimate Team Game. And honestly, there’s nothing stopping you from acquiring good cards yourself to compete against other good cards.

Not what I said at all. I said i don’t want there to be even more artificial ratings than there already is. MUT has made it clear they have 0 intention to be realistic. This game is different. SS cards last year were already pushing it.
