I just played 2 back to back ranked games and I felt like I was playing someone way above my skill level. High pitch count both games for myself, literally any mistake the ball was out.

They promised us something more skill based I feel robbed. I can honestly say I’ve never said this there is NO WAY I’m buying this game next year if it’s not changed. No way in hell. And not a promise for next year. This year.

If mike trout has PERFECT TIMING AND PLACES THE BARREL OF THE BAT PERFECTLY ON THE BALL. It’s 100% never an out. Especially to silver and bronze level pitchers it’s a hit. He’s the best player maybe ever
You do know people get unlucky, right? Bryce Harper hit a ball 115.5 MPH with a 17.5 degree launch angle last year and guess what? It was an out. I’d say that we both agree that he hit what could be considered a “perfect perfect”, and yet he got out. I agree that hitting should be slightly more rewarding, but you cannot realistically expect to have a 100% success rate on anything in this game.

Before I struck out my opponent 17 times
I had a combo of good good/ good squared and perfect perfect 18 times 5 were hits. 1 run. He had 2 good contacts the entire game. 2 runs. The entire game 2 good contacts verse 18 good contacts and I lose? Sorry. That can never happen in a competitive video game. I don’t care what happens in baseball.

False. If Mike Trout barrels up a ball, he is out about 55% of the time. Do some research.
