I have a player program that isn't progressing, (2020) so for those who have submitted tickets before what has this been like, and was there a solution?

What's the issue? Not to sound rude; but this late in the game cycle who knows. Some take days. Some take weeks. Some take months.

I'm sure the company can make their own excuses for terrible service if need be, no need to help them out.

I am not getting credit for accomplishments on the missions. For example, on the Jackie Robinson program, I need 7 doubles, I needed one more, got it and it still shows need 1 more double.
I also had a mission that needs x number of hits by Dodgers. I had two that game that didn't count. I said OK, let's try the exchange players for the easy points. Won't let me do the exchange. I should already be at stage 3 but am stuck at stage two and it isn't counting anything I do towards the program.
I am just curious about anyone who has submitted a ticket as to how long it took for a response and if they fixed the issue.

Oh. I misread your post. If you're talking about a program from a game that is two years old; I highly doubt they'll see it.

Oh. I misread your post. If you're talking about a program from a game that is two years old; I highly doubt they'll see it.
That sucks, it is literally the major program in the game that year. But I suspect you are right, which is why I submitted this post. If they don't there is literally no reason to continue playing any longer even though I am enjoying the RTTS on this version more.
I certainly won't be buying 22 and 23 seems doubtful unless major improvements are made.
