Has anyone come across this scenario

BR game. Top of the 1st. I'm up 2-0 and have runners on 2nd and 3rd with no outs.

Opponent quick pauses (presse up on the D-Pad) for what I assume to be a pitching change. Pause timer counts down from 2:12 to 0 and the forfeit option never comes on.

I've been sitting here for 10 mins.

I'm assuming that I'll either have to wait until they decide to quit/the game gives me the option to forfeit for them or just dashboard and lose what PXP I earned since I havent reached my 8rh batter get?
