How many at-bats do you give a guy before deciding he just isn’t it? 75? 100? Have a few guys I probably need to replace but want to give them a proper chance to get going? How about with pitchers?

Who are your most consistent guys? Mine are definitely Takashi Griffey and RF Sheffield. Pitching wise, I actually feel I do better with movement/control guys. Like Cliff Lee, Glavine, Maddux, Kershaw. Though Takashi Ohtani has been good so far.
