Figured out what is going on finally....

Last 2-3 years I have been a consistently championship and even making world series a couple times. This year just feel horribly different. It's like 50/50 no matter who I play....It's like people that are way worse than me are beating me. I know one of the reasons is because of the broken pitching, but it seems like everyone can hit almost the same. So I tried directional hitting a couple of times and look what happens.....I hit as good if not better with directional hitting than I do with zone. It is ridiculous how solid the hits are when it takes way more skill to use zone hitting. So what the heck is going on compared to previous seasons of the show???? How can it be this way. No way should I hit better with directional when I have over .900 OPS with zone hitting. I wanted to test the theory that people that actually arent any good can all of a sudden hit now with directional hitting....and that was it. What is SDS going to do about this cause we can't have it like this.

Wow. What a POS elitist. "I am good and should never lose". 0.900 OPS and you are complaining. Aww, poor you. "SDS MUST do something about me losing!! It is just not right"

I mean i’ve also lost to my fair share of bs in the past but i’ve also gotten lucky and won lol. it’s like this for many games and i’ve accepted that it will never be perfect, although i still get frustrated when my player don’t lock on to pop ups

If you actually stick with directional and not make conclusions on a small sample size, and by that I mean only use it the rest of the game. You will get as frustrated with it as zone. The RNG giveth, and the RNG taketh away, that should be the motto for any directional hitter. You are at the mercy of RNG.

I was just in a 2-2 game and couldn’t get anything going. In the 7th inning i switched to directional and hit a HR with Eddie Mathews to take the lead 3-2. Didn’t like the way it felt going into the 9th, so I switched back to zone and hit a 2 run homer and made the guy quit.
The HR I hit with Mathews was opposite field and all I did was hold up. Lol
