How is fielding not fixed yet?

We’re almost a month into the game and the fielding is still completely broken. How is this possible? Why is Gleyber Torres making 3 errors a game on routine ground balls? Why is Willy Mays dropping routine fly balls in the outfield? It’s unacceptable.

Sandberg botched a routine grounder for a double play for me. I thought routine grounders were guaranteed for diamond fielders.

Routine grounders should basically be automatic for even bad fielders. They’re called routine for a reason. If there’s a difficult play to make and the mediocre fielder messes it up, I can live with that. Not when they’re bobbling grounders that little leaguers can field.

Players in the outfield don’t lock into the ball sometimes - it’s so frustrating

Because it’s helping little Billy win....it’s all by design and they ain’t “fixing” it.

It actually gets worse every year. Now we have the game serving our pitches to Billy to crush.

I don’t know why I even pitch with my eyes open

I’ve never seen a sports game ruin a different part of the game with each edition that comes out.
