Using gloves and cleats for dynasty team

We can use custom bats and socks. But how do we get our dynasty players to use the same glove and cleats as well? Is this possible?

The game also lets you select the colour of batting gloves and cleats for the team. But it seems each dynasty player has their own gloves and own set of cleats... Throwing off the colour schemes for custom team.

I assume it’s due to players having endorsement deals.
