What happened

Just got in a freeze off of a game I was winning 11-5, had 6 HR’s in game, 3 with Shawn Green.
Anyways, I close out because I don’t feel like sitting here for hours in a freeze off.
The game info is nowhere to be found. I lose all progress.
How does this happen this late into the game cycle???? I just wasted an hour of game play. I play maybe 2-3 games every few days lately due to time constraints, so this sucks.
