Bullpen Menu not showing up (PSN)

Just started playing MLB 22 and I cannot relieve my pitcher in RRTS. I get warnings from the manager that my player is getting tired (no kidding, I can see that myself) but when I press up on the D-Pad, there’s no bullpen menu at all. Nothing appears even.
If I pause and go to manager on the top menu, there’s no options for the bullpen or any way to substitute my pitcher!
What am I missing??

You dont control any of that in rtts. your player only.cpu controls rest of the team including taking you out for an RP.

Thank you. Well, the CPU manager is an idiot then because my player is exhausted doing all 9 innings and there’s no relief pitchers ever…
Past games, we could either warm up a relief pitcher or the manager would be doing it themselves vs telling us that our own character was getting exhausted and needing replaced…
Something is missing still. This isn’t working right never being relieved
