I took out the M's stronghold, but they still are having the uppermost hexagon generate extra "fans" and they also attacked the hexagon next to it when it had only a single million fans.
Just be aware of this and don't leave that hexagon alone while doing the rest of the map like I was doing!

It's done that to me in the USA map too. Oddly enough, always with the Mariners. Just a bug in conquest

Like mentioned above, Seattle just seems to be glitched on both USA and this one. Just wipe them all out quickly lol.
