Pitcher Attributes

During today's stream, and during other streams, I've noticed the devs pull up a certain attribute by a pitcher and show you a breakdown for each pitch. Ex: Greinke's control

Is that something only they can do or is it also something we can do when viewing a pitcher's card?

And if we can do it; how?

You can do it when you're not playing a game by what Orea said above, click down on the right stick. I don't think you you can it mid game though

Is it possible to do from your binder? Or do I have to be in a game?

Yep, only in the binder not during a game. I believe.
