MLB stadium question Xbox/Xbox X online

I’m on Xbox X. My friend is on Xbox one. If I challenge him to a game making me the home team, and I use a regular stadium .. (say Wrigley) which he does own.. when the game starts.. his system defaults to the spring training system even thou we both own Wrigley and have it unlocked.

If he challenges me and I’m the road team, it works fine.
Anyone else seeing this? Again, not a created park, just any regular MLB park when I’m the home team
