Need support email for SDS

Well the market crash crashed the app. I put an order in for ohtani. Went to check my other orders and it didn’t say I had placed one for ohtani. Check my completed orders wasn’t in there. So I placed another one. It goes through and the one that hadn’t registered goes through now I’m down to 41k in stubs because of some glitch. So needless to say SDS owes me just over 130k Stubs for this glitch the screwed up my stubs. They can take the ohtani I only needed the one
So who has the email address you report these issues to because they don’t look at the tickets you submit through the website

You don't need an email address. Send in a support ticket. Look in the upper right-hand corner where it says Support and click on it.

Nope they don’t answer those I put one in 2 weeks ago on a bug I found with pictures and have not heard anything. They had a support email address that they respond to.

The last one I submitted (last week) was answered within 5 minutes. Good Luck.
