Goals on conquest maps

Didn’t conquer Mets within first turn but going back to do it after I finish the map… if I do that goal after restarting do I still get 30k towards program?

It drops 5K for every restart. You only get 25K since you didn't read the instructions (goals) prior to commencing the game play of Conquest!
