Rank Season Innings

This maybe an old thing, but is anyone else not getting fully credit for inning played? Multiple times this week I’ve completed full 9 inning games, and only getting credit for 7.

I thought this thread was about them cutting RS games to 7 innings
-
I’m sure that’s coming lol

I heard if you change pitchers in the middle of an inning tou don't get credit for the full inning.
So if it's the 7th Inning and after 2 outs you bring in a relief pitcher your starter only gets credit for the first 6 innings and unless you face at least three batters the next inning with that relief pitcher, he doesn't get credit for any innings pitched.

I’ll buy that

What he said. It only counts your starting pitcher innings. As you as you bring in a reliever it no longer counts innings.

So if you run a starter for 6 innings and then run a reliever for the rest of the game even though each reliever can pitch a full inning; you doing get credit for those last few innings?
Ex: Sig Johnson pitches until the last out in the 6th. Then I bring in a reliever to pitch at least the whole 7th and 8th inning. Then a closer for the 9th, if needed, and he closes out the game. You only get credited with 6 inning towards the program? I thought it was only if a pitcher doesn't at least pitch a full inning.

You get innings for relievers but it has to be a full inning. I’m not sure I’d trust going 1/3 in one inning and 2/3 the next to count as a full inning though.
Up to 9 innings, don’t think they count anything in extra innings -
