Has anyone developed a method to download owned card inventory?

Other than using copy/paste for each page of owned cards (50 pages take a really long time to copy/paste), has anyone developed a way to either download or scrape the website for owned cards? Specifically player cards.
Unfortunately, there isn't an option in the provided APIs to specify only cards owned.
