I’m pretty sure that most hats get pretty close to peoples’ actual heads, and that similar hairstyles do not require players to select hats that are 4 sizes too large so that their hair is not disturbed in any way.
At first, I thought he may have the encephalitis quirk, but that turned out not to be a thing. I even consulted google images and the chap seems to have a perfectly normal head and hair that at least appeared to be comprised of some pliable material.
This is way more important than any PCI issue, or stats not counting toward rewards.
Fingers crossed that this will be addressed in the next patch.
