Doobies Night at the Plate

The boys were back on the diamond tonight after a 3 week hiatus (bye week followed by a rainout)
Doobie went 2-3 in a mercy rule by the good guys…15-3 after 5. Our opponents were swinging noodles and the defense was on tonight
Doobie had a gaper double, bloop single and a flyout. The golf swing has made its impact.
No matter the lackluster performance, Doobie’s squad is now 2-1 (should be 3-0) and have momentum rolling
Next game is against Fred’s Painting next Wednesday, 6:15. Stay tuned

Funny you say that. They actually have an older pitcher that must have years of experience. Last I faced him, he actually does well to mix things up as well as you can in slow pitch
Swear he can incorporate some break into his pitches, it’s minimal but you can see it
