Crash for anything online

Had this issue last year as well.
So I play offline. I waste a lot of time doing March to October. Anyways long story short I have had this glitch or issue in 21 and now with 22.
The game crashed, now everytime I turn it on it cannot connect to anything online or it crashes. Literally the only way to do anything is let it run, go to whatever game shows up and head back to the Home Screen. From there my profile is reset and you can’t access anything or the game crashes. I have deleted my game data. Deleted the game and downloaded again. Even did a rebuild database thing for the PS4. Nothing seems to work. Can no longer access diamond dynasty or anything that requires an online connection. I tried googling and looking for others who may have had this issue and I didn’t find anything. -
i currently have the same issue as you do did you end getting it fixing because i cant fix mine and i need help fixing mine two

Mine crashes the moment i hit any button to start. 4 days now...cant do anything
