The community presence is the most telling thing. They hide. They don't interact. They ban with no warning or explanation. Then they go a step further and game ban somebody for posting their own tweet.
They are turning a fan into an enemy here. I've already got eyes on the EULA and options being looked at for my friend. At the very least, I'd expect a refund and restitution for $ spent over the last 12 months in addition to them banning his console and IP.
Yeah yeah, they don't care about a handful of people. Well that's all well and good. I've got time, resources and frankly, it's more fun than actually playing this game in most ways.

Cardinals fan that rhymes with Truck Fizzle was Bantha Poodu banned for inappropriate team name of the St Louis Bearcats, with his CAP named after his son. Ban took place after a post here that my dad and a few others replied to. All people from that post got undisclosed forum bans, but the Cardinals fan got smacked with a 28 day game ban on top of it.
I'm all for respecting the system, but the game ban was about as unjustified as it gets.

True. Communication is trash, period.
Look, this year their resources went to cross-platform, so we got basically a rehashed 21. If next year isn't next gen OR there aren't substantial upgrades/improvements, I'm out. The boring grind that is DD just isn't worth it with the same game, same recycled cards and legends.
"Other Programs" -- just can't get over the dead unoriginality of this game. And programs named after packs, FFS. This game is hanging by a thread.

But let's keep letting people exploit the game getting 19 wins in under 2 hours.
Doesn't take much effort to look into box scores. Less effort though to pop off a ban though for non game related stuff.
Some dude had 15 in 36 mins.

Maybe it's a forum mod hitting the "win" button instead of the "ban" button...
