Jersey graphic disappearance

I keep losing my team graphics after opening packs and I’m not sure why that is since this wasn’t an issue in 21. It’s apparent that the customizations were not improved between 21 and 22 so how does one break something that they felt didn’t need fixing to begin with?

Update: playing a Play vs. CPU at home doesn’t pull the team customizations at all. Deleting and reinstalling the game to see if that helps it along. Not sure what SDS did but they may want to reverse it since DD is their cash cow right now. Essentially forsaken every other aspect of the game.
