Freeze off against CPU

I guess the game doesn't just freeze online. I subbed my 1B and he grounded out to end the inning. After they introduced the sub as the new first baseman and introduced the first hitter of the bottom of 5, the game froze.

I guess I just go and end the game and see what stats and points were recorded.

Edit: No PXP, XP, or progression was recorded. I guess the game has to come to a natural ending for that to happen (i.e. quit, or go to the last out of the game).

im pretty sure after 8 batters no matter what happens the rest of game you should get your stats/pxp at minimum

Not if he closes the app,which is the only way to get out of a freeze.

Yeah, progression was the same as before the game. I was tracking the XP and PXP because I was just starting to work on the POTM missions. I’m on a PS5. I wonder if the new build had anything to do with it.

I replayed the game this morning and in the top of the 7th I got the dreaded LAN cable disconnect/connect error. I'm changing it to a wireless connection to see if that avoids the problem. None of this was an issue before the last update.
