After you collect you still have a bunch of online missions to do before hes prestige i collected him oswalt and snider all at the same time and ill have oswalt prestige way before the other 2

I have Helton and oswalt . Like u said oswalt will be done well b4 Helton . Maybe 10-15 more starts
