How many at bats do you typically give a player not performing to his attributes; before you decide to drop and sell?

I look at how many at bats it took me to get him to P1. That easily shows me which cards produce well, decent or badly.

I like that logic, what’s the typical amount of ab’s to get to P1?

I think around 50 or so abs. That should give you a good sense wether or not you can hit with that particular card. I’ve started slowly with many cards (I see you Kirk Gibson) and they end up being some of the best.

Depends, if it’s a guy I usually take with in previous games I give them more of a leash than a newer card.

You can get good with any card if you really want to so I just pick players I want to use and make it work.
