Not getting gameplay XP?

Saw people with the same problem at the launch of prior programs; is there a work around, do you get a boatload of backed up XP when things re-synch?
For info, I played 2 games of MS and 2 of Conquest last night, so not capped. Got maybe 20k for the night including rewards XP.
