Has anyone experienced any type of bugs with this part of the program?

I'm having issues with my perks. I have a Gold Exit Velocity Boost in the 7th Inning or later, a Silver Opponent makes more throwing and fielding errors, and a Silver Exit Velocity in the 7th inning or later and they're only showing here and there?

One batter they don't populate until it's a 3-2 count. Then the next batter only the Silver fielding populates throughout the whole AB. Then one batter it populates before the first pitch then they disappear three to four pitches later.
