Bullpen stamina still not fixed

In an earlier update this year, SDS supposedly fixed the inconsistencies of pitcher stamina out of the bullpen. It still isn't fixed. In the pen, every pitcher has about 70% stamina and GREEN. Now they still come out with 50% or less with stamina already YELLOW.
Example:

Hader comes into the game and his Stamina is YELLOW. After 10 pitches. He's in the RED.

Henke comes into the game and after 17 pitches, he's still in the YELLOW.
Please SDS fix this already!

Are you selecting 'warm up' a few batters before bringing them in?

It still takes a game to replenish their stamina after being used...are you trying to use them in back to back outings? (Online and Mini Seasons...Stamina isn't affected in Off-line modes)
