In-Game Save Crashing

I have a 2 season franchise going that I did a save & exits in the 7th inning of a game, now the game crashes when I attempt to load & resume the game. Any way I can fix this and salvage my saved franchise?

Same issue here. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, no luck. This sucks.

I hear the current workaround is to disconnect your console from the internet, but I don't know how effective that is or if it allow you to load your saves.

Same exact issue happening to me as well. Don't want to uninstall the game and lose all my progress.

Was able to get back into the game after setting my xbox to offline mode!
