What else can cause PCI 'jumping?

Yesterday I posted about my PCI 'jumping' or 'shaking' when I tried to move it.
I thought it was my controller so I did the hard reset and it's still doing it.
But here is the kicker: it ONLY 'jumps' 'shakes' when I'm batting. When I pitch, it only moves a little.
Any suggestions other than getting another controller; since I JUST bought this one?

This was happening to mine, and I went old school and just blew into it and it worked like new.

You may need to bite the bullet and buy a new one. Your left stick may just be shot
