POTM Program "Optional Collection" Makes No Sense

To do this "Optional Collection" you need all 6 cards fron 88 OVR packs & all 3 cards from 90 OVR packs. The Rizzo & Dawson cards do not count in this collection. However the final reward in program path at 215 Stars is the last remaining 90 OVR pack the is needed to get the 3 remaining card of the 90 OVR pack. So what is the sense in even doing this "Optional Collection" to get 15 Stars if you already gotten the 215 Stars to get that last card. Makes no freaking sense at all.
Even if you purchased from the market a POTM 90 OVR card before getting to 215 Stars, by the time you do get 215 Stars to get that last 90 OVR pack. Trying to sell either of the 3 cards from the pack will be a loss because the market price to sell it at that point will be lower the the price it was selling for when you purchased it. Therefore that wouldn't make any freaking sense either.

It’s just for people that don’t want to grind stage 3 and still have the cards. Also, they can get to Rizzo faster bc they won’t need to complete as many parallel missions.
