Issue with April program

I've completed all stage 1 moments and 11/14 topps now collection. How do I progress to stage 2? I don't see the other three topps now cards listed in the collection. There are over 1,000 people who have Andre Dawson.. I can tell by looking at his parallels.

Stage 2 and 3 will drop on May 5th with the final Topps now.
The reason people have Dawson parallel is that he is included in the BR draft pool so of you draft him you can work towards his parallel.
