Nintendo Switch Experience Not Counting

I am playing on Xbox Series X and on Switch. When I play on my Switch, it says ZERO experience at the end of every game. I double check after, and I do not get any experience toward the program. I get experience for individual players or towards the jersey programs, but not toward FOTF or the new Spring Cleanup program. Is anyone else having this issue?

I play on my Xbox and all of my experience works there. My accounts are linked, but it isn't working. I've submitted tickets for this issue, but I haven't heard back, other than that they are looking into it.

I just played a conquest game on my Switch Lite to check, I got a little over 1k XP for the game. Had been playing mostly on PS4 and everything is fine there. Odd situation you have, I hope it is resolved soon!
