What is the red pointing arrows during batting

It's a small pointing arrow that points to a direction and then sometimes there is no arrow and then sometimes it changes. It's right inside the stroke zone. It either points to high outside, low outside, low inside or high inside etc

Too see pitch sequence, slow you down quick pitching, but mainly to mess/troll toxic behavior

Then why does it point in different directions? Also why would it alert me if my opponent would see the pitch sequence or troll behavior. I dont even see the point in this
I thought it may have meant that they were resting their pci in that quadrant before the pitch or anchored it there?

Pretty sure you are talking about pitching not batting, and it's the direction the pitch you selected moves. You can change that if you want under pitching options. Option you have now is classic other option is just a line showing you where the ball will go.
